The Beehive Golf Society Handicaps

Ray Stevens (Beehive handicap chairman) maintains the Beehive members handicaps and the rules are as follows:

i) Members, on election, must furnish to the Secretary, in writing, particulars of their handicap in other societies or clubs, and must inform the Secretary in writing of any change in such handicap.
A member desiring a handicap must return three cards duly completed and signed by a competent marker.
The Committee shall have power to adjust the handicaps of members irrespective of handicaps in other clubs or societies.

Handicap Adjustments

Handicaps are adjusted after every Beehive Golf Society event. The adjustments made are as follows:

i) Winning a Beehive event will result in a 2 shot cut.
ii) 2nd placed will result in a 1 shot cut.
iii) 3rd placed will result in a 0.5 shot cut.
iv) All scores of 30 stableford points or lower will receive a 0.5 shot addition to their handicap.

In addition to this the Committee shall have power to adjust the handicaps of members at any time.
