Congratulations to another Beehive rookie member, Neil Glover, who today won the Chairmans Cup. Neil took first prize with 40 points (9hcp), 2nd went to Paul Prendeville with 37 points with 3rd going to Presidents Cup winner Leroy Townsend, also with 37 points on countback.
A fantastic day was had by all in glorious sunny conditions. The day was topped off with booming 'me me me' chorus' for Dave Curran, the Beehive Chairman, Neil Glover, the days winner and for the Beehive Handicap Secretary, Ray Stevens who turned 51 today! Happy Birthday Ray!
The next meeting is on Sunday, 9th September which is the Beehive's guest day. All members are welcome to bring along a guest for the days events. See you there!
